Key Insights

What’s really happening with AI in L&D? 🤔

In one of the most comprehensive surveys on AI in L&D to date, we asked 400+ L&D leaders where they believe AI is taking the industry in 2026.

On December 11th, I’ll be joined by Dr Philippa Hardman & our very own Kristen Budd as we unpack the key insights, including:

• Proven, real-life AI use cases in L&D
• The rise of shadow AI and emerging governance challenges
• The industry-wide shift toward personalized learning design

This is your opportunity to hear exactly what is happening on the ground when it comes to AI adoption, innovation, and engagement in businesses today.

I’d highly recommend you check out the report ahead of the session and come ready with your questions! We can’t wait to see you there!
