Introducing Roleplay Sessions

We just launched the biggest thing we've shipped in a while: Roleplay Sessions. It adds practice, coaching, and capability measurement to Synthesia's platform, so training goes from "watch a video" to "actually get good at the thing."

What that means:

• Practice: your learners have a real, back-and-forth conversation with an Avatar that talks, asks questions, and pushes back
• Coach: before any score appears, the coach asks learners to reflect on how it went, then walks them through it, a real coaching conversation, not a static report
• Measure: see who's improving, where the gaps are, and whether the skills that actually drive performance match the ones you'd assume

Since day one, Synthesia has helped teams inform their people at scale with AI video, but knowing what to do and being able to do it are two different things, and closing that gap has always needed a human in the loop, which…doesn't scale.
