Quick Poll: Google Sheets or Excel?

We’re cooking up something that could make video creation even easier - and we’d love your input.

Whether you live in pivot tables or just do the basics, we want to know:

Do you predominantly use Google Sheets or Excel?

Why it matters: We're developing ways to let you generate videos directly from your spreadsheet - either tool could work, but we want to align with what you use day-to-day.

If you’ve ever thought…

• “I wish I could just turn this spreadsheet into a video”
• “My team already uses Sheets/Excel - it’d be great if video fit right in”

…then this is for you. Hit that vote button - we’re building this for you, so tell us what you use most. 😃

Vote like your favourite spreadsheet depends on it - Sheets or Excel, which one rules your world?

Comments:

• Susanne Wrage (Jun 12, 2025): Only Excel is approved across our company for non-public content.
• Enjuelle Livingston (Jun 10, 2025): Both platforms would be valuable because several clients use Google suite while we use Microsoft suite internally and have to explain after uploading it to Google drive.
