I have spent 24 years as a Learning Experience Designer helping people understand things that feel confusing at first. My work sits somewhere between learning design, human centred thinking and gently nudging people toward confidence.  
I often look for the small moments that help someone take part or try something new. Synthesia helps with that because it removes the usual video chaos and lets you focus on the message.  
I was honoured to receive the Synthesia AI for Good Award for my work supporting foster carers through short, accessible courses. I am here to learn, share and see what others are creating.
