Bio

I have worked within Learning & Development for 24 years. In addition to being a Learning Experience Designer working for clients on a contract basis, I'm also the founder of the Pink Pearl Parent Academy; an online academy providing courses and guidance to foster carers in the UK.

I created the academy in response to what I saw as poor/good training content that was being provided to foster carers. I'm a foster carer myself, so I decided to do something about it and create an academy.
