Hi! I'm Susan, and I've spent 15+ years designing leadership development programs for everyone from new managers to C-suite executives across government agencies and private companies. Think Massachusetts DOT, City of Worcester, law firms, and Fortune 500s.

I discovered Synthesia a couple months ago and I'm fascinated by how AI video is revolutionizing the way we deliver leadership training. No more scheduling nightmares or geographic barriers - just powerful, personalized learning that meets leaders where they are.
