I am the L&D Officer for Magnolia Bank out of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I work from home in beautify Tyler, Texas. I'm a one person show in this department and strive to present engaging material to our 300+ employees all over the country. Canned compliance training, is boring and takes too much time. I've been using Synthesia for almost three-years to develop content that our learners will be happy to participate in.
