# Synthesia <> Zapier Integration Guide

## Connect Synthesia with Zapier

To start using Synthesia with Zapier:

1. Go in Zapier Apps page.
2. Click on `+ Add connection`
3. Search for the `Synthesia` application.

You need then to provide your Synthesia API key:

1. Go into your [Synthesia application](https://app.synthesia.io/#/).
2. Go in the upper left corner and click your Workspace name.
3. Click on _Settings_.
4. Under _User Settings_, select _Integrations_.
5. Click on `Add` to add a new Synthesia API key.
6. Copy this key thanks to the 3-dot button on the right side of your API key.

Go back now to the Zapier application configuration page and add your Synthesia API key to finish the integration process.

## Synthesia triggers

The following Synthesia triggers are available in Zapier:

| Trigger Name | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **New Video Ready** | Trigger when a new video is ready. |
| **Request New Video** | Request a new video. |
| **Request New Video (From Template)** | Request a new video from a given Synthesia Template.
