When a roleplay is completed, it comes with detailed feedback showing how the attempt went and where to improve. This article explains what you see on the results page and in each attempt, so you can understand a score and plan the next attempt.

✍️ This article is for anyone reviewing Roleplay Session feedback. Learners see their own feedback. Managers can open the same view for their team, and admins can open it for anyone in the organization.

Finding Session Feedback

How you reach Session feedback depends on your role.

As a learner:

  1. Go to the My progress tab.
  2. Select the Roleplay Session you want to see your results for.

As a manager or admin:

  1. Go to the Analytics tab.
  2. Open the learner list and select a learner to see their results.

Progress and attempts

The results page shows how a learner has progressed over time and lists every attempt they have made.

Progress

The Progress chart shows the score for each attempt in date order, with a Passing score reference line set to the Session's threshold.

Individual attempt

Selecting an attempt opens the feedback for that attempt. The header shows the score, a pass or fail marker, the Session name, the date, and the call length. The feedback is organized into three tabs — Summary, Skills, and Delivery — alongside the full transcript of the conversation.

💬FAQs

What does the BEST label mean?

The BEST label marks the highest-scoring attempt in the attempt history.

Why did an attempt fail if the score looks high?

An attempt fails when its score is below the Session's passing threshold, even if the score looks high, because passing depends on meeting that threshold. The header shows the outcome for each attempt, so an attempt can score well and still sit below the threshold.
