📌 This feature is only available to our Enterprise Plan Customers.

📌 If you're on a Starter or Creator plan, you can still invite guests to comment on individual videos, but full workspace membership requires the Enterprise plan. See How do I invite a Guest to my Synthesia video?

💬 FAQs

Can admins restrict who invites new members?

Yes, admins can restrict the ability to invite new members to the workspace by enabling the Disable member invites option in Workspace permissions. This ensures that only admins can send invitations. To learn more, check out the Synthesia Workspace Invitations Documentation.

Can I invite a Guest to my workspace if they have an email address with a different domain name?

Yes, you can invite users who have different email domains than yours to your workspace as a Guest user.

If your workspace has an allowed domain configured, any user whose email address matches the allowed domain will be added as a Member rather than as a Guest.

See the Synthesia User roles & Permissions documentation to learn more about the Synthesia Guest role.
