How do I export my video as a SCORM package?

Learn how to export your Synthesia video as a SCORM package for use in your LMS, including completion criteria.

To export your video as a SCORM package:

  1. Navigate to the video you wish to export.

  2. Ensure your video is generated.

  3. Once generated, select the Share option.

  4. Select the Create link option and under Download SCORM, choose:

    • The Export version (e.g., SCORM 1.2 or 2004)
    • The Completion criteria percentage

  5. Select Download SCORM.

  6. The video will be downloaded as a .zip file, ready to use in your LMS.

✍️ When you replace the video with a new version, the SCORM file updates automatically — you don't need to re-export or re-upload it.
